Our hearing clinics are deemed an essential business so we are here to help you get through this difficult time.

Social distancing and isolating means not being able to visit family and friends. But we all know it is so important at this time to stay connected. Your hearing is really important when you are relying on telephone and video calls to stay in touch.

We have introduced some new services

  • Tele Audiology services for new hearing aids.

By simply downloading an app onto your phone, we can video call you and adjust all compatible hearing aids remotely. This is an amazing service where we can review your hearing aids and make adjustments without you leaving home.

  • Home visit service.

If you are worried about travelling away from home, we can visit you and check your hearing aids. Travel fee will be charged.

  • Discounted hearing aids.

At this time when you are feeling uncertain and worried about the future, we are supporting our clients by offering discounts on hearing aids. Plus we’ll come and fit them at your home.

  • Troubleshoot by phone.

If you are having trouble with your hearing aids or have a question, we are very happy to answer your questions over the phone.

  • Posting out batteries and hearing aid parts

No need to drop by the clinic.

To keep you safe and healthy, we are following strict guidelines like,

  • Limiting the number of visitors to the clinic
  • Maintaining a very high standard of hygiene including sanitizing and hand washing to prevent contamination

Due the need for people to stay home unless travel is essential, we have reduced our office hours to Monday 9am-12noon, Tues to Fri 9am-2pm. We recommend that you call ahead to make sure we can accommodate you.
